Quality Assurance Lead (f/m/x)

Your tasks

As Quality Assurance Lead (f/m/x) at Bytro, you oversee all QA responsibilities, workflows and personnel that ensures high quality continuous releases of product features. You work closely with development teams to improve testing tools and processes, work with production staff to align testing requirements and directly mentor QA staff to support their career growth.

• You are responsible for defining and improving testing workflows and quality standards
• You will define the QA department’s strategy and long term goals with Bytro’s management team
• You will be leading the QA team and have personnel responsibilities
• You gather and present testing metrics and testing activities for the projects to key stakeholders
• You will be the primary point of contact for all internal teams interacting with the QA department
• You are proactive and don’t mind being involved in daily operational business, including product testing

Your profile

• You have at least 5 years demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance in video game development
• You have leadership experience in the QA field
• You have demonstrated experience in establishing QA processes and implementing long-term strategies
• You have strong communication skills to ensure the QA department goals are understood and accurately implemented
• You possess strong organizational and analytical skills.
• You are able to motivate a team, recognize good talent and bring the best out of each individual
• Preferably you have experience in project management and knowledge on tools like Jira
• You are excited about gaming and ideally familiar with MMOGs
• You are proficient in spoken and written English
