Your life at Ubi:
The QC Operations Manager’smission is to deliver best in class operations for one or multiple of our priority projects in the QC Department.
Working with the QC Operations Director, your expertise will help in assisting in the creation & rollout of an overall Operations strategy that will enable standardization and increased flexibility in the QC Studio.
You will be supporting a continuous improvement and optimization mindset in the project and also, being partner with the QC Project Manager and support project delivery at the right level of quality.
Your main mission:
- Drive a culture of measurement and improvement on project operations, based on KPIs and SLAs;
- Monitor key metrics at project level and raise red flags inside the project’s leadership team;
- Drive & implement studio or project processes designed to improve quality of work, effectiveness and flexibility of our project teams;
- Manage & simplify activity reporting within the project;
- Work with other Operations Managers within projects and contribute in a community of operations experts;
- Support QC Project Manager for project related presentations, analysis, reports and budgets;
- Facilitate knowledge building and knowledge sharing between teams and projects.
Qualifications
The professional value you bring:
- Solid project management skills with a consistent track record of delivering targeted results;
- Proven understanding and usage of metrics and KPIs and have a KPI driven mindset;
- Proficient in data handling using multiple tools (Excel, Microstrategy, Jira etc.);
- Ability to work independently;
- Experience in fast-paced organizations and industries, either on leadership or project management roles.
- Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English language.

- Excellent communication & collaboration skills, both transversal and within the team;
