QA Tester (3-Month FTC)

The QA Tester role within nDreams will see you as part of the Shared Services Team (SSG), working across the multiple nDreams studios on a variety of new and innovative projects. SSG works across the multiple nDreams studios on a variety of new and innovative projects, giving you the opportunity to showcase a broad range of creativity. You will be responsible for high-quality, hands-on testing, reporting and regression of nDreams’ projects. The successful candidate will be offered a 3-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the QA Manager, you will work directly alongside the production and development teams to help ensure projects are of the highest quality possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find, report and regress bugs across multiple projects in a clear and concise manner.
• Create, run and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
• Hands-on playing and testing the games to understand issues in context and provide better solutions.
• Identify gaps in the testing process and work towards effective solutions.
• Have clear communication and coordination with the QA Manager and Production team.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve quality and user experience.

Desired experience:

• Previous industry experience within a games testing environment.
• Experience creating detailed bug reports and general reporting in a development scenario.
• Excellent written & verbal communicative skills.
• The ability to provide reasoned and balanced feedback on the overall quality of a product.
• A desire to learn new skills to help push the quality bar as far as possible.
