Job Description
We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to join our QA Business Unit’s Management Team.
You’ll be reporting to Head of QA and you’ll be responsible in developing a QA Service (group of testing activities) with everything it involves from Recruiting and growing a team of Specialists to Managing the resources, while developing short and long term plans then implementing them.
You’ll be working with various Stakeholders: QA Team Members, QA Managers, Game Managers, Operations Managers, to take the best decisions for providing a top-notch QA Service.
In most of the time you’ll need to have an Entrepreneurial mindset able to identify problems and/or opportunities by yourself, developing plans to address them, getting the buy in from Stakeholders and decisional factors, ultimately behaving as an internal Business Leader.
Responsibilities:
- Business and Strategic Planning, followed by consistent Implementation
- Translating Client’s and Stakeholders expectations in Actions to be done to meet them
- Setting the proper metrics to measure Performance
- Develop short and long-term Objectives in line with Business Unit’s ones
- Constantly upgrade QA processes, procedures, and methodologies
- Foster a growth mindset oriented to operational transformation
- Provide the right level of information to Client’s and Stakeholder to take the best decisions for Project’s success
- Grow the Team from within by focusing on People Development
- Creating and maintaining a healthy work environment in the team and outside of it
- Make a priority from having happy people in the team, while delivering a top-notch service
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 Years in a Management position
- Good understanding of Production & Delivery pipelines
- Great expertise in testing methodologies, processes, technologies, best practices, tools
- Able to develop a team of industry experts
- Client orientation, with a focus on understanding
- Metrics and data driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, growth mindset, solution oriented
- English Level: Advanced
