QA Live Game Team Lead

SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day. QA Live Game TL will evaluate and execute procedures for maintaining high standards of quality and reliability for all software developed for retail, mobile and online distribution. This position is responsible for monitoring developing and executing tests on new and existing products to ensure that they meet requisite functional and technical compliance and maintain high overall product quality. As QA Live Game TL, you will possess a deep understanding of your games teams technology, features, systems, and sub-systems. You are called upon to solve the most complex and challenging problems, often with minimum schedule time. You assist others to ensure proper risk assessment, testing coverage, and schedule adherence. You work with a large degree of independence, conferring with the QA Manager/ Director on the more complex or unusual assignments.

Key Responsibilities

· Responsible to ensures that all live campaigns are working as intended through rigorous, detailed testing in Stage & Live Game (production) environments.

· Monitor project scope and technical specifications, set clear goals and expectations, prioritize activities, facilitate the collection of technical, operational or business requirements

· Generate status reports, documentation, and other low-level reports for supervisors and/or product development groups

· Reproduce issues when necessary in order to assist customer support in resolving issues

·Works with QA Management and other product development groups to implement new QA processes and improve existing ones

Requirements

Must:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English Interview)
• Experience with leading, training & Mentoring junior to skilled QA team with hands on approach on technology and tools
• Client server testing
• Web/Mobile testing
• Proficient understanding of software test methodologies/procedures and the overall product development lifecycle
• Meet quick deadlines and deliver precise, effective results in a fast-paced work environment

Great Advantage:

• QA experience in Social Media
• PHP unit, Unity development platform
• Implementing Xray and similar test management tools
• JIRA (admin)
• Experience with remote (Offshore) teams management
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong technical knowledge of computers/mobile devices and ability to effectively troubleshoot computers/mobile devices
