Your Mission

Blizzard’s Learning & Development team is seeking a highly motivated, and experienced QA Training Specialist to support the career and professional development of the Blizzard Quality Assurance department. The QA Training Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering classes and additional learning opportunities to meet employee and partner needs. This individual will partner with the L&D team and QA Leadership to ensure content quality and alignment to department goals and objectives.

This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The potential home studio for this role is Irvine, CA.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $19.23 - $35.58 Hourly. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
