QA Lead

Would you like to play a crucial part of the very first multiplayer venture we have ever created?

As a QA Lead on this project it will be your responsibility to drive our test and release processes up to launch and beyond.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be part of our most complex and ambitious project yet; our first multiplayer playground! You will own and set the QA processes for the entire project and continuously work to improve them. As a key stakeholder in the games team you will be part of release and feature planning, and day to day development.

It will be your task to inspire and encourage team members to always engage with QA processes, test their own work and think of testing as a natural step in their day to day development. You’ll be improving and operating the QA process for including bug prevention and encouraging quality responsibility within the team.

You will work closely with team leads and developers to help define our quality goals, planning and release processes, and definitions of done. You’ll be the one with the full picture of what’s in the game at all times and be responsible for flagging when we don’t track towards our quality goals.

Is this you?
You are a senior QA with experience from the games industry, you have probably worked with multiplayer games in the past and/or technically complex products with regular releases. You have experience keeping track of multiple features being developed at once.

You are an excellent communicator and leader as you will be collaborating with various departments and other QA team members.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months of probationary employment. As we’re an international company, with over 10 nationalities and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
