GSN Games is looking for a QA Lead to join our fabulous team! This is initially on a one-year fixed-term basis, with the potential to then become permanent.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop internationally located QA team
- Deploy QA best practices to bear on all new game development in the London Studio
- Fully own and lead the QA pipeline and process of TBA mobile game projects
- Prepare test plans for the offshore QA team and manage and monitor the team daily
- Take responsibility for QA accuracy and velocity
- Recommend and commit to QA sprint tasks and manage the QA team to deliver those tasks
- Monitor and proactively report on bug databases to ensure Product, Art and Engineering teams are abreast of new issues and obstacles
- Proactively report on Bug closures and rates
- Lead the Bug Triage sessions on behalf of the QA department
- Coach and manage the offshore QA team, providing clear daily objectives
- Develop a close relationship with the Product, Design and Engineering teams to keep test cases and documentation up to date
- Work with a high degree of independence on project to resolve complex problems
- As an integral part of the game team, work collaboratively and proactively with Product, Production, Art and Engineering to ensure all projects are shipped on time with maximum quality and minimal defects
- Lead discussion in defining and implementing best practices for testing, testing processes and testing tools to ensure our teams are working as efficiently and effectively as possible
- Help us transition from waterfall-style testing to embedded agile testing
- Develop a QA automation strategy together with the engineering team
- Act as primary contact/liaison with our QA teams in other GSN studios
About You:
- A proven background in agile Mobile Game Quality Assurance Testing, with a minimum of 3+ years in a QA leadership or management role
- Strong familiarity with mainstream QA automation tools and frameworks
- Experienced in managing embedded and distributed teams
- Developed, documented and maintained detailed test cases, user scenarios and test artefacts
- An excellent understanding of Apple and Google Play Store standards and submission processes
- Experience with Agile development methodology
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
