QA Engineer

Would you like to play a vital part in Toca Boca’s growth journey?

You’ll join the Central Tech organisation, consisting of various teams, who are responsible for our infrastructure, automation, transaction systems, cloud apps and more. Basically everything that isn’t game development.

As the QA Engineer in the Central Tech organisation, you will work on a wide variety of challenges, working with several different branches of Central Tech and you’ll have the possibility to influence processes and strategy decisions.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll own all QA processes related to Central tech such as DevOps, Cloud Services, and our upcoming Toca Boca account system. You’ll make sure we maintain a high level of quality in our cloud based systems, ranging from databases and microservices built mostly in Spring and javascript-based libraries.

You’ll work together with experienced engineers in creating, and designing, our systems. Making sure millions of kids can continue playing with our apps every day.

You’ll also work closely together with developers, designers, producers and PO:s in ensuring quality in what we make, digital toys for kids. You’ll stay on top of changes in DevOps and cloud infrastructure.

Looking ahead, in a year's time you will have launched our new account service for online games and worked with CI/CD pipeline as a tool for the entire organization.

Is this you?
You’re a QA Engineer with experience working with backend service testing and CI/CD.

You enjoy the responsibility of being the only QA Engineer in the new Central Tech organisation, for now (we’re growing). As you will be collaborating with various teams, communications skills are important.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months of probationary employment. As we’re an international company, with over 10 nationalities and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English
