Scopely is looking for a QA Engineer to join our Tiki Solitaire TriPeaks team in Bangalore on a hybrid basis!

What You Will Do
- Working alongside the Product, Production, Creative, Tech, and broader QA teams, you will be responsible for helping to ensure that our games provide a fabulous player experience!
- Coordinate with everyone in the team to establish daily testing priorities
- Write, maintain & complete test cases for studio games on mobile platforms covering the majority of devices & browsers
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing of Mobile applications, including network data and logs
- Actively participate in the game scrum team to make sure the game meets high-quality standards throughout its development phases
- Actively connect with developers and business partners for conducting defect triage and reducing defect age
- Provide defects root cause analysis along with corrective & preventive action plan
- Work in an agile environment and ensure timely product delivery
- Provide trade-offs, risks, and risk mitigation strategies
- Prepare test documentation to improve the quality of the application
- Help to improve the current QA process
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of overall QA experience in Mobile Games (Manual)
- Experience with Mobile testing on iOS, Amazon, and Google Play releases
- Good knowledge of QA methodologies and software development life cycle
- Experience with working in an embedded Agile/Scrum team environment
- Ability to identify, design, and complete test cases with minimum mentorship for sophisticated functionality
- Proven understanding of various mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Amazon, etc.)
- Desire to take initiative and drive tasks to completion
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary tools
- Flexible and excellent teammate
- Open to learning automation tools
- Good communication skills
Bonus Points
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science
- Experience with the Atlassian suite of tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, Testrail, ADB, Xcode)
- Basic experience or exposure in implementing, understanding, and maintaining automation/scripting tools e.g. Java, Selenium, or any other tools
- An affinity for Casual Games
