QA Automation Engineer

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will have the opportunity to test games that touch millions of players. It’s up to you to ensure that only top quality is released. At Tactile, we work in a very fast-paced environment and want to push the boundaries of what the team is capable of delivering.
Your main challenge will be writing Python scripts to automate the functional test cases in our live game projects. Besides writing new scripts, you will also be responsible for running and maintaining existing automated scripts, as well as enhancing our testing framework.

This is a full-time position, available now and based on-site in our Copenhagen office.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating new functional scripts for test automation using Python
- Running the existing automated scripts
- Maintaining and enhancing the testing framework
- Testing our games across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Kindle and web) to identify any quality issues and bugs
- Recording, classifying and reporting the severity of any issues to ensure they are fixed before release
- Escalating issues as appropriate
- Creating bug reports and shepherding tickets in a database
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a scripting language (Python is a huge plus!)
- Experience with a test automation tool, such as Airtest
- Familiarity with Agile and agile practices
- Experience with GitHub or similar
Nice to haves:
- Experience with C#
- Experience within mobile testing, in particular with automation testing on iOS devices
- Experience with mobile games is of course a big plus!
- Familiarity with Monday and Jira
