QA Automation Engineer

Description

Playtika is looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis.

Our main stack for automation is Typescript and Java Stack. We use the following tools and technologies:

1. For backend testing: Java, Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Contract, Gauge, JUnit, Maven,

2. For client testing: Typescript, Jasmine, Mocha, Chai, Alure, Selenium, Appium, Selenoid, Selenium Grid. Work in a game company requires quality services for different platforms such as iOS, Android and Web.

3. Software Engineer in Test often works closely with the DevOps team and deals with tools like TeamCity, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, SonarQube etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate frameworks and tools into company SDLC with a focus on product quality
• Iteratively improve the outcome of automation testing for business
• Continuously learn and test new tools, approaches, and frameworks
• Support own tools and services
• Extend the multiplatform and multilayer framework for automation testing
• Increase automation testing coverage in some cases

Requirements

• Strong coding skills in Typescript
• Experience with other statically-typed languages (Java/C#)
• Hands-on experience with End-to-End testing on UI and API levels
• CI (Teamcity, Jenkins)
• Microservices architecture
• Communication skills
• System, result-oriented mindset
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• English Intermediate+

Nice to have:

• Software development experience
• React
• Spring Cloud, Spring Boot
• Experience with Consumer-Driven Contract testing
• Docker, Kubernetes
• Testing web and mobile games
