Job Description
Working as a part of the Ad Operations (Ad Ops) team within the Monetization group, you will report directly to the Director of Ad Operations. You will be responsible for verifying the successful delivery of advertising within the studio's portfolio of games. As part of that effort, you will interface with other functional groups within the studio such as the game teams and customer service. In this role you will work alongside other Ad Ops team members and together be part of the team responsible for millions of dollars in revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Verifying correct delivery of ads (placement, function, and content) in our games
- Testing of ads in Release Candidates to bring new games and updates to the app stores
- Analyze metadata in troubleshooting and reproducing ad issues in games
- Manage creative / ad blocks within ad partner portals
- Escalation and correspondence of issues to our ad partners
- Manage Jira tickets, TestRail test plans, Confluence documents, etc.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with operating iOS and Android mobiles devices, operating systems, and apps
- Familiarity with in-app advertising technologies and general ad format specifications
- Familiarity with HTML, javascript and other web programming concepts
- Experience using Charles Proxy and/or other similar troubleshooting toolsets
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal
- Process driven, detail oriented, and the ability to approach a problem creatively
- Some formal computer science training a plus
