PURCHASE ORDER ADMINISTRATOR - MARKETING

2K is a major console and PC game developer and publisher and is known for bringing critically acclaimed IP such as NBA 2K, Borderlands, WWE 2K, Bioshock, Mafia, XCOM and Sid Meier’s Civilization to consumers.



What We Need:


2K is looking for a Purchase Order Administrator to join our team. As the Purchase Order Administrator, you will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and business support related duties within our Marketing department, working closely with our Performance Marketing, Brand and Finance teams across the globe and reporting to the Director, Media Strategy and Planning. Candidates for this role must possess a minimum of two years of general office/administrative experience, have strong organizational skills and pay great attention to detail.

What You Will Do:


Initially manage the purchase order cycle for our global centralized performance marketing process across our various media partners, ensuring timeliness and following company policy

• Coordinate approved investment for performance marketing with our global Brand Managers, accurately raising purchase orders for this spend and actively verifying their approval and following up with any inquiries
• Ensure an accurate and timely receipting process, communicating any delays or issues and raising any subsequent POs or any necessary accruals as needed
• Generate applicable reports utilizing various vendor dashboards, Excel, pivot tables and/or other spreadsheet applications

Eventually, the coordination of all purchase orders that are generated by our global marketing team in Novato will be centralized into this role

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:

• Two years business experience preferably in an Office environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook email with specific expertise in Microsoft Excel
• Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
• Strong analytical ability and great attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Excel at verbal and written communication and demonstrate good judgment
