Publishing Product Manager - World of Tanks

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Publishing Product Manager to join our regional product team. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse, distributed team across multiple locations, each with unique areas of expertise, requirements, and interests. Your primary responsibility will be to manage assigned features, ensuring a thorough understanding of their goals and the publishing plans you help develop. The ability to effectively communicate and represent the needs of the features and stakeholders is crucial in this position.

Lead PDM - Publishing Product management

What will you do?

- Act as the regional representative on the global stage, becoming the communication hub for all assigned features
- Develop and implement regional publishing plans for game updates and other publishing activities in alignment with global strategy and regional needs
- Ensure seamless execution of plans by collaborating with the rest of the team
- Manage stakeholder expectations and requirements
- Identify and communicate risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation plans
- Foster communication and cooperation with other teams
- Oversee performance forecasting of publishing activities
- Regularly report on your work and the performance of all publishing activities related to your assigned features

What are we looking for?

- Fluent in English, written and spoken is a requirement.
- 3+ years of experience in game publishing (all aspects)
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to excel in a complex and dynamic environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible and logical approach to challenges
- Solid experience in project management
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Target Process, Excel, Word, and Confluence
