Publishing Producer

Wargaming is looking for a Publishing Producer to join the Minsk office. China Operations is Wargaming's division that works with external partners in China and numerous departments within the company, as well as coordinating PC game publishing in this region. We are looking for an experienced Publishing Producer to work on reaching ambitious goals related to the company's flagship product, World of Tanks, and we offering an opportunity to join our team at one of the most important stages of the project's life cycle in the region. This position will allow you to fully apply your personal and professional skills and abilities, see the results of your work, communicate with foreign partners and take on challenging tasks.

What will you do?

• Plan and coordinate operations in China together with an external publisher
• Organize the internal work of the China Ops team to implement operational plans
• Together with an external partner, determine the strategy, and control monetization and gaming activities in China
• Have a vision of product development in China with an external partner, have operational information on the product, and act as a representative of the region within the company
• Provide effective interaction between an external publisher and Wargaming product teams

What are we looking for?

• Successful experience in producing or managing projects in the gaming industry
• Deep knowledge of the gaming industry, understanding of the specifics of genres and operating processes
• Excellent knowledge of the principles, models and techniques of monetization, and game activity planning
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
• Perfect written and verbal communication skills in Russian
• Analytical mindset, strategic vision, and tactical thinking
• Responsibility, self-discipline, initiative, proactivity, and decision-making skills
• Systematic approach to planning and organizing work
• Ability to accurately explain complex topics and negotiate with people in a language that is not native to them
• Willingness to travel
• Passion for games

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• HSK-4 or higher level of Mandarin Chinese
• Vast gaming experience in World of Tanks
• Technical skills, understanding of software development technologies and operation principles
