Publishing Producer

As a producer with the Beyond Frames Publishing unit, you will get to do all of these things!

As a Publishing Producer for Beyond Frames, you will work as the go-to partner for our external studio rockstars, who have trusted us with their creations to take them to market. You will be part of the team evaluating incoming pitches, help guide and feedback on potential projects - and after signing, working with the studios on delivering milestones to get the product shipped and ready for our customers to enjoy!

As VR-game development is constantly evolving and expanding, we would love to see a person with production capabilities, who loves to facilitate teams to succeed, while also having an understanding of the game design process and who ideally can be a part of the problem-solving process that comes with developing on new platforms and technologies.

You as a producer are highly communicative and skilled in wrangling both people and information. You can communicate both upwards and downwards with respect and accuracy and have the integrity to say “no” when needed. You will have the responsibility of the delivery of the product with all that entails, but we absolutely expect you to be the champion of your team and product!

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the production process and budget of one or more studios from a publishing perspective. Be the champion of “your” studios.
• Make sure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and on quality according to expectations.
• Drive structure, resource planning, and risk tracking/mitigation.
• Communicate the status of the project internally.
• Help the teams find a development methodology that works for them.

What we seek:

• You have seen a couple of projects through, preferably of different shapes and sizes.
• Great communication- and people skills. This is a “work with people”-role and we value this skillset highly. Especially as you will be working with external partners in a global setting
• Integrity: you stand up for what you believe in and communicate clearly around it.
• Experience in Jira/confluence.
• Someone who feels comfortable with working in a small but growing company and has a flexible mindset. Our processes are not set in stone and they will change over time. You will be an important part of establishing this.

On the plus side:

• Experience from VR/MR/AR software projects and their respective technologies
• Design experience in games, within VR/MR/AR even better!
