As a Publishing Manager in the Mobile Publishing team you’ll be finding great mobile games and talented developers, building strong relationships and helping get hit games out to millions of players.
Your Team Mates
Our team of businesspeople, publishers, and producers sources and onboards external mobile game developers who wish to produce chart-topping success. We support these developers in their journey with our publishing knowledge and metrics to ensure we get the kind of games millions love.
What Does The Job Actually Involve?
- Finding high quality mobile game developers/studios
- Analysing the games submitted with our experienced team and giving feedback to the developers to improve them and make them more successful.
- Negotiating the agreements with the game developers/studios
- Establishing and maintaining an excellent and trusting relationship with the external teams.
Your Hard Skills
- At least 2 years of experience within a relevant area for the role (publishing, project management, external relations, sales, analysis, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Passion for games and knowledge of the mobile games industry
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
