Job Description
You will join the Central Publishing HR department reporting to VP, HR Global Publishing at Ubisoft.
As Publishing HR Project Manager you will be:
- Deputy to VP, HR Global Publishing
- The guardian of all HR KPIs for HR Publishing activities and deliveries
- The owner of some transversal projects
In collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders, your main missions will be to:
1. Deputy HR
- Help build Publishing HR strategic roadmap aligned with Global HR strategy: co-build, deploy and follow-up with the Publishing HR Leadership team
- Build and animate an engaged and collaborative HR publishing community (regular meetings, town hall, newsletters…)
- Oversee & coordinate HR publishing budget with finance
2. HR activities monitoring
- Build dashboards to monitor closely our HR actions with concrete KPI’s and communicate regularly on progress
- Participate to the monitoring of our D&I and Health and Respect road map
- Coordinate all HRIS topics between Global HR and HR publishing teams
3. Transversal Projects
- Own the Listening strategy for Global publishing (all listening surveys launched to monitor and listen to our teams mood and engagement) & follow-up on local action plans
- Build and coordinate Future of Work and Culture change initiatives
- Participate to ad-hoc transversal projects
Qualifications
- You thrive in complex international environments
- You have excellent people skills and are able to influence and federate multiple stakeholders with diplomacy and positive impact
- You have a solid HR Project Manager background and business acumen
- You have strong appetite for projects related to HR processes, HRIS, benchmark
- You master dashboards and KPIs
- You are autonomous, not afraid to take initiative and can think out of the box to drive change and innovation
- You are also a true team-player and an impactful communicator
- You are fluent English
