Your Mission

As Publishing Director, Korea, you will be responsible for leading our franchise Publishing Teams to formulate brand strategies and go-to market plans with the aim of acquiring new consumers and engaging existing players that unlock the ability to exceed business targets. You will do this across a diverse market, tapping into your long-standing experience with understanding gaming behaviors across platforms in Korea.

Achieving these goals requires strategic sense, analytical yet creative thinking, clear communication ability and strong influencing skills, as well as a passion for thinking in solution with multiple stakeholders located domestically, regionally, and globally. This is a challenging, critical role within a very global-minded matrixed organization that requires you to assume the overall day-to-day responsibility for Korea, while working with the global and local teams on the strategic development and growth of our regional (APAC) business.
