Public Relations Manager

Fractal’s first dedicated Public Relations Manager will be a self-starter who will partner with our team and founders to evangelize Fractal across all forms of media and events.

What you will do

• Craft compelling stories that are uniquely tailored to each news cycle
• Maintain a master list of Fractal press contacts and influencers in tech, business, and gaming
• Maintain a master calendar of press-worthy events including but not limited to fundraising cycles, product launches, milestones (e.g. 1m NFTs sold!), key business hires, game launches, and game milestones (X sold Y Million NFTs, Fractal tournament launches 1m prize pool, etc)
• Pitch those press events (in conjunction with the founders) to our press contacts
• Continue to establish our founders as industry experts by pitching them for TV and conference appearances
• Maintain a list of key blockchain and gaming conferences and organize Fractal participation including dinners, events, and speaking engagements
• Organize Fractal’s very own blockchain gaming conference
• Run point for seamless collaboration with our press partners and cross-functionally across Fractal teams

• Track record of leading cross-functional collaboration within orgs
• Extremely detail oriented and process-driven
• Excels at cultivating and nurturing ongoing business relationships
• Comfortable working within distributed team environments
• Passion for gaming and understand the ecosystem inside and out
• Extensive network of professionals across the gaming ecosystem
• Interest or understanding of web3 culture and Solana ecosystem
