Our IP-license partners include Universal (Jurassic World), Formula 1 and Games Workshop (Warhammer).We are also growing our team to continue the expansion of Frontier Foundry, our publishing label for games developed by carefully selected partner studios.
We have a modern spacious studio located on the Cambridge Science Park in the heart of the Cambridge tech hub. For those who wish to relocate to the Cambridge area and work either entirely in the studio or flexibly between the studio and home, we can provide generous financial and practical support to facilitate your move. We are also able to offer remote working for those who would prefer to work almost exclusively from home or who are unable to relocate. Purpose of the role
The focus of this role is to help Frontier achieve its commercial targets, and will provide a vital role in supporting the wider commercial team ensuring we are taking every opportunity available to hit new heights of commercial success. You will be supporting the Head of Platform Management by overseeing the promotional arm of the team, and working closely with various platforms including Steam, PlayStation and Xbox, co-ordinating multi-million-dollar promotions.
This is a new role and you will have a real say in growing your own team and creating a strong future.
Key responsibilities
- Designing promotional roadmaps across each platform and executing the approved strategy
- Working across multiple systems to upload and complete promotional activity
- Managing the promotional discounts and working with the Platform Analyst to find the best price points, ensuring we always optimise our sale potential
- Analysing and reporting on performance of the promotional events
- Maintain and help build promotional schedules for internal and external partners
- Host weekly meetings with internal teams to talk through key promotions and get budgeting to support larger events
- Weekly communication for all sales and promotions to wider teams, so everyone is informed
- Requesting artwork for any sale event to help boost it across all our channels
- Working with the Platform Analyst to produce KPIs for sale events
- Using platform knowledge to increase visibility of sales
- Help support the Platform team with content releases.
About you
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with ability to communicate confidently and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to be agile and react in a fast-paced environment
- Confident with data handling, with the ability to report and discuss your findings throughtools such as MS Excel
- Pro-active in wanting to shape your future at Frontier
- Quick learner for different system and processes
- An interest in gaming and familiar with Xbox, PlayStation and Steam store.
This role can be offered on a hybrid working basis, which means you’ll have the opportunity to spend time working both in the studio and at home. You will probably be required to spend at least 50% of your time in the studio to facilitate collaboration and engagement. We can provide a comprehensive support package as part of any offer should you need to relocate.
