We are looking for an experienced and passionate Project Manager (m/f/d) who will join our Technology / IT team in Berlin.
The ideal candidate (m/f/d) will be structured, self-motivated, fast-learning, and enthusiastic with excellent communication and organization skills and 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
A passion for games and the gaming industry is a plus.
Deine Aufgaben
- Coordinate and support definition of project scope and requirements involving all relevant stakeholders
- Develop and maintain the project plan and other required project documentation
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Identify and mitigate project risks / escalate and resolve project issues
- Define the project budget and monitor project cost
- Track project performance and report status of project to management and other stakeholders
- Communicate with other departments to ensure overall alignment within the organization
- Support improvement of PM methodology
Das solltest du mitbringen
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in project management and a proven track record of delivering small and medium-sized projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experienced with Jira, Microsoft Project or similar PM software
- Good knowledge of Agile methodology and work techniques
- Proficient with multitasking and strong resilience skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other certification is a plus
