Project Manager in User Acquisition Operations

In order to strengthen our global User Acquisition Team we are scouting for a

Project Manager in User Acquisition Operations

RESPONSIBILITY:

The Project Manager User Acquisition Operations is placed under the responsibility of the Senior User Acquisition Operations Manager, in the Global User Acquisition Department.

JOB SCOPE:

• Project management for UA partners integration by coordinating tracking, legal & data protection process, cost integration, post-install approval process, up to having correct data reported in internal BI tools.
• Keep track and communicate status of partner integrations to the UA team.
• Manage infrastructure setup & overview with UA partners (account setup, credentials, billing, post-install data, negative targeting, etc).
• Manage infrastructure setup for new game launches, softlaunch, production tests, etc with key partners and on internal tools.
• Support Senior UA Operations Manager with other operational aspects needed by UA team on different UA topics (Firebase, Re-engagement, etc).
• Help UA team troubleshoot data and reporting issues in internal BI tools and external tools (Singular, etc).
• Assist with Financial and Accounting: control UA costs reported, manage PO process, manage invoices with Accounting (on a need basis).
• Assist with reporting needs on TV & influencer campaigns.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• A first successful experience (1-2 years) in project management is highly preferable, either in the gaming industry, ecommerce, online gambling, etc.
• Experience and interest in working with tools (i.e. Singular, Appsflyer, Looker, etc) for attribution, tracking, cost data aggregation and reporting for performance marketing campaigns is a plus.
• You are fluent in English.
• You have a passion for problem solving: you must be able to tackle new, unfamiliar, and possibly daunting problems--to break them down into manageable bits and solve them.
• Have an appetite to travel as it will involve some business trips.
