We want you to be part of our story
As a Project Manager, you are joining our Marketing Team as an expert in guiding and inspiring your peers. You will act as a point-of-contact to manage, receive and distribute creative content for internal and external stakeholders to manage projects efficiently through the creative asset workflow.
What will you do?
- Lead full project life cycle : successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to final deployment, this includes translate project requirements, project planning such as planning meetings, managing budgets, time estimates, production, invoicing and deliverables
- Manage overall asset and database flow and maintenance : This includes the organisation of all digital assets and content on asset management software to improve workflow/pipeline
- Ensure quality: proper project documentation, debriefing and feedback from ideation to the final stage in order to deliver high-quality assets on schedule.
- Guide the team on project management best practices and how to get things done efficiently.
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised with an emphasis on productive problem-solving. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Managing stakeholders by working cross-functionally with all departments and external partners such as vendors, freelancers, and agencies to effectively manage creative requests and facilitate impactful work that achieves company goals
Who are you?
- You are an experienced project manager (3 years+): experience in a post-production, agency or production environment, including working with creatives such as writers and graphic designers
- You are a Scrum evangelist: Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year in a creative team
- You have analytical capabilities and you are a data-driven decision-maker.
- You are a strong communicator (in English) and can present ideas in a clear and comprehensive way across multiple disciplines and on all levels of employees and management
- You are an excellent team player with the ability to engage cross-functional teams
- You are structured and detail-oriented person with a proactive attitude, taking ownership wherever needed
- You can adapt easily to a diverse team and multicultural environment
Nice to have
- Production expertise within the games industry (free-to-play and mobile)
- Scrum Master/Agile certification
- Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team (Google Suite, Trello)
- Experience in a software/games development environment
