Project Manager

Wargaming is looking for a Project Manager to join the team working on its flagship product—World of Tanks.

The core of World of Tanks development is made up of teams that work on fundamental technical and art solutions, from which all further development of game features is based. The Project Manager position includes organizing and ensuring the uninterrupted delivery of technical projects aimed at developing the game engine, ensuring the production of tanks, maps, and other art objects, and conducting the full cycle of game feature development.

What will you do?

• Develop/adapt processes for working and interacting with external teams (outsourcing/outstaf)
• Manage multiple projects in the same time
• Draw up a project plan, plan resources, work out risks, interact with stakeholders, provide a report on the status of the project
• Responsible in general for delivery features: support from the moment of initiation to post-release analysis
• Deep immersion in the processes and specifics of working with external vendors: plans, capacity, types of work that services can close, vendors

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience in project management
• Experience in working on big projects, with a large number of dependencies
• Experience in managing several parallel projects
• Successful experience in bringing projects to release
• Experience working with several teams simultaneously, including distributed teams
• Experience in project interaction in a matrix structure
• Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken), Fluent Russian.

• Scrum, LeSS, SAFe, Product Management Certifications.
