Project Manager

We're hiring a self-motivated Project Manager with experience managing in-house creative teams, as well as external agencies and freelancers. The successful candidate will work directly with Kabam partners to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. Project managers are the glue that helps keep projects — and people — together. They are responsible for planning, organizing, managing and executing projects from beginning to end. In this role, he/she will report directly to the Sr. Director of UA Creative, with one Project Coordinator as direct report.

Your skill set:

• Expert organizational skills
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Outstanding communication skills
• Knowledge of project management processes, workflow and terminology
• Ability to function well in a fast paced (sometimes chaotic) environment under tight deadlines
• Must be adept at identifying potential roadblocks related to budgets, resources and timelines, and reporting these potential issues to their supervisors, when necessary.
• Experienced in working with Asana and Trello programs

Your responsibilities include:

• Meet with project stakeholders to take develop detailed kickoff briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Develop strong partnership with other project managers within the organization, also responsible for creative asset management, including Marcomm, PR and Studio teams.
• Manage project progress by coordinating both internal (company employees) and external (agency representatives and freelancers).
• Create and manage detailed schedules throughout the duration of the project using existing software tools including Trello and Asana.
• Develop skillset of Project Coordinator
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with internal marketing teams as well as other UA Creative staff members
• Serve as the interface between Brand Managers, Art Director and creative staff, making communication skills especially important.
• Use and continually develop leadership skills

Additional experience includes:

• 3-7 years of experience working within a creative development environment
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software and proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
• Gaming experience a plus, but not limited to
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
