Overview

This role is open to candidates based in Portugal and will be 100% remote with occasional in person events. Business hours are 9-18 WEST (UTC+1).

Arkadium is looking for an exceptional, experienced Project Manager (Scrum Master) to coordinate the development of Arkadium’s games, websites, and internal projects. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high impact projects on an Agile team. This is the perfect role for someone who is passionate about mobilizing teams to hit milestones and thrives on collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive short- and long-term planning of the project
• Unite team for common goal and inspire them to reach it
• Identify and mitigate risks for the product’s success
• Remove roadblocks for the project team
• Cultivate relationships with key partners at the organization to enable efficient development and coordination of projects
• Duties of Scrum Master based on best Agile practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management/ Scrum Master role (CSM certificate would be an advantage)
• Fluent English
• Experience with task trackers, enterprise-level software management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira)
• Experience working in an internationally distributed team
• Great in verbal and written communication
• Motivated leader to guide the team towards success
