What You'll Do

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our digital product portfolio through effective program & project management to ensure business success for Aristocrat in an everchanging environment.

You will hold the vision and operational oversight and your contribution will allow Aristocrat to thrive in a high-performance environment and deliver a robust and exciting gaming experience to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end ownership of product delivery and commercialisation
• Leverage operational excellence as well as leading and engaging cross organisational and functional teams to deliver on priorities
• Planning, scheduling and successful execution of various product development projects
• Lead a focused 'roadmap/big picture' view and be the owner of the finer details of the projects
• Communication of project status, performance, risks and dependencies
• Coordinate, and collaborate with stakeholders in managing scope, schedule, risk and communication activities related to projects
• Foster a supporting culture and establish efficient framework for seamless collaboration and communication across the organisation

We work flexibly here at Aristocrat and have a hybrid work model, this role is based out of our head office in North Ryde with the option to work from home.

What We're Looking For

You are execution and delivery focused with proven leaderships skills that allow you to establish a culture of collaboration and mentorship that encourages the growth of the team.

• Extensive experience in Project or Program management in a global organisation
• Experience in full life cycle project management, including planning, budgeting, estimating
• Excellent project-management skills including experience in planning, executing, and controlling mid-size projects with large volume
• Exposure to managing Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality
• Accustomed to working in a distributed team environment, where coordinating efforts across multiple teams is critical to success
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skill
• Experience with Atlassian’s product suite (JIRA and Confluence), Power BI, Smartsheet, MS Project Plan software
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or other technical discipline is highly regarded
