The candidate will be responsible for the project management of technology releases for our land-based products. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that will interface with Technology, Product Management, and other key D&D stakeholders across several geographies. You will meet great people and build a foundational understanding of our land-based products and the environment in which we thrive. Program Management and Operations is a critical D&D component, execution and delivery focus with proven leadership skills that allow you to establish a culture of collaboration are some of the valuable behaviors being sought after for this role.What You'll Do
What You Will Do
Successful operational excellence for delivery of projects demands a few critical daily, weekly, monthly requirements and duties in the role. Key accountabilities:
- Develop clear project plans including milestones, deliverables, dependencies
- Facilitate constructive meetings with clear agenda, engaged participants, and identified next steps
- Proactively track action items working with the team to overcome hurdles to keep projects on schedule
- Recognize and resolve blockers to keep team focused
- Create and maintain project artifacts up to date (charter, project plan, issues and risk register, risk plan, communications plan, etc.)
- Communicate effectively by understanding information from multiple sources to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged with project progress
- Present analysis of impact, dependencies, and risk for any project deviations
- Apply our philosophy of transparent, consistent, urgent, and proactive project management and best practices in all your endeavors
- Participate and/or propose continuous improvement opportunities as well as support PMO peers with new processes, tools, and systems
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent experience
- PMI certification is preferred
- Proficient in project management tools, techniques, and methodologies
- Excellent organizational skills—ability to handle multiple ongoing projects with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal, team building, conflict management, and communication skills
- Gaming background is beneficial, but not required
