This is a contingent worker position for approx. 6 to 12 months, and will be staffed through Volt, a staffing and workforce management company. This role can be based remotely anywhere across the United States.

Your Mission
As a Talent Operations Project Manager you will oversee various projects, programs, and day-to-day operations within the Talent Office. You will own and execute on projects that empower the team to more effectively source and hire. While this role will be primarily focused on professional/industry Recruiting and Sourcing, you will also have strong partnerships with Early Careers, Executive Practice, and Succession Planning and the projects you’ll work on will have a major impact on the Talent Office’s overall operating model.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects. A few potential examples of what you could be working on are end-to-end process improvement, position management, Hiring Manager training, events strategy and logistics, internal mobility policies, employee referrals program, among others.
- Own projects and programs from inception through execution – developing strategy, working with the team on design, partnering cross-functionally on implementation, and managing change.
- Influence and mange cross-functional partnership to drive impact including working with HR Tech, HR Operations, People Analytics, legal, etc.
- Identify areas of operational improvement within Talent Acquisition and build business cases with strong metrics to pursue the project
- Create and maintain process documentation and maps, training materials, and job aids. Communicate process updates and hold trainings to drive change
- Support ad hoc projects and operations as needed
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years in a project management, operations, and/or program design role
- 2+ years working in Talent Acquisition either in a Recruiter, Sourcer, Coordinator, and/or Program Manager capacity
- Demonstrated experience taking a project or program from inception to completion. Ability to manage multiple complex and global projects at once. Experience with agile methodology a plus
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs. Workday Recruit experience a plus
- Ability to influence and build sustainable relationships with people at all levels of the organization
- Persuasive communication skills with the ability to tailor communications to a broad range of audiences
- Intermediate PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and quantitative skills. Self starter that can identify problems, outline solutions, and drive execution
