Project Manager – Talent & Culture (Inclusion, Diversity & Safety)

Job Description
As a Project Manager – Talent & Culture, you’ll play a key role in making our studio an even more inclusive, diverse, and safe environment. Through coordinating and seeing through a variety of initiatives, you’ll accompany the Talent & Culture team in making progress on the RESPECT plan. This will be the main focus in the first year, with potential to manage various projects within the team.
You’ll contribute to raising awareness, fostering discussions, and putting plans in place to nurture a workplace of collaboration, mutual support, and respect. And create meaningful, lasting change.
What you’ll do
- Understand our current situation and prioritize collective actions to be a more inclusive, diverse, and safe studio.
- Coordinate and support the launch of I, D & S Talent and Culture initiatives aligned with the Ubisoft global roadmap and the studio plan.
- Provide visibility and collect information to keep everyone up to date on our efforts.
Work closely with teams across the company to share learnings and opportunities.
Qualifications
What you bring
- Significant interest in inclusion, diversity, and safety best practices
- Around 5 years of project management experience
- A highly collaborative and empathetic spirit
- Solid interpersonal relationship-building capabilities + French and English communication skills
- The ability to balance short-term priorities and long-term goals
- An intentional approach to transformation: you’re one to think critically before carrying out change
