Project Manager [Snowdrop] (f/m/d) [Maternity Leave Cover]

Job Description
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating day-to-day work of one or multiple teams inside a tech department developing a middleware. We are looking for a Project Manager (f/m/d) to join the team for 12 months as cover for maternity leave.
What you will do:
- Communicate with the developers to facilitate their work on the project
- Report on the status of tasks and schedules
- Help teams to shape their deliverables
- Keep track of Deadlines, Tasks and Risks
- Manage the Project Backlog
- Communicate tasks and schedules to the team
- Report on and help resolve blockers
- Detect issues and difficult team situations, highlight them and step in to take initial actions to resolve them when necessary
- Document and maintain project information
- Handle requests from various stakeholders in a complex project environment
- Cooperate with Studio Service Teams, People Managers, Production Teams
Qualifications
What you bring:
- 3+ years of relevant experience (Project Management/Coordination)
- Understanding of common management methodologies
- Understanding of Game Development processes
- Good time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Good English skills both verbally and written
- Good problem-solving skills
- Experience with JIRA and Office 365 is a plus
