Project Manager - Office of the CIO

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our IT Executive Support team, part of the Office of the CIO. You’ll be working in a creative environment to deliver projects that have an impact on the IT level, working with the Project Manager of the CIO as well as multiple IT Directors and Executives.
Your goal is to drive efficiency and results, build and improve the way we work, help the team meet demanding deadlines and maintain a high level of transparency with stakeholders.
You like to keep a neat backlog and iterative drive to the definition of done. You also believe in continuous improvement and the importance of documenting everything you do. You are passionate about how to measure success and you often dream of KPIs.
You are a great collaborator because you believe in the power of collective responsibility. Ownership and accountability are second nature to you.
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is eager to learn. If you have already worked in IT organizations, management consulting firms, or a technological start-up and are used to working in fast paced environments, creative tech people, and can manage multiple projects going on simultaneously, then we want you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Drive high-quality results on concurrent projects through analytical rigour, project management discipline and effective communications;
- Create and maintain dashboards using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Miro boards, etc.;
- Support major IT strategic ceremonies such as the Technological Advisory Board by building the meeting minutes, documenting major decisions and processes, coordinating actions with the various stakeholders;
- Design lightweight processes and define KPIs at an international level;
- Develop positive relationships with colleagues and project stakeholders to become a trusted advisor to our partners.
Qualifications
- An entrepreneurial mindset: fast learner and an iterative builder;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving experience;
- Experience working with global and remote teams;
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;
- Strong interpersonal communication, including presentation, meeting facilitation and team building techniques and good listening skills;
- Fluently bilingual (English & French) both oral and written.
