Job Description

Do you like working in a creative, dynamic environment? We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for our Office of Inclusion who will support and drive our Diversity & Inclusion efforts. As Project Manager for the Office of Inclusion you will work closely with the Director of Magic Leap’s Inclusion Office to drive our inclusion strategy to manage diversity and inclusion projects and programs. This includes coordinating, providing guidance, leading analytics, and executing inclusion efforts across Magic Leap. In addition, you will collaborate with others to help design and develop key inclusion programs, activities and events. You will work closely with our Employee Networks, colleagues in our people team, and employees across Magic Leap.
Responsibilities
- Project manage activations for the Office of Inclusion.
- Supports our Employee Resource Groups by guiding alignment of plans, budgets and programs.
- Develop and track metrics for measuring the effectiveness of our diversity and initiatives.
- Develops communications and content for marketing and training to support D&I initiatives.
- Analyzes and evaluates data to provide insights and recommendations to identify improvements for our inclusion efforts.
- Conducts research on key Diversity & Inclusion topics, programs and initiatives to advance and support inclusion at Magic Leap.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in Diversity & Inclusion with knowledge of best practices.
- Adept at thinking creatively and delivering on priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent program and project management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to create persuasive and clear written communications
- The ability to work with statistics and present data in a compelling format.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
