Project Manager (Merchandise & Licensing Team)

We are headquartered in Seoul, South Korea and sit within the KRAFTON, Inc. corporation. From our Amsterdam office, we cover Europe, Middle East & Africa, and the CIS region, and have teams dedicated to Product Management, Esports, Content, Communications, Creative, Merchandise, HR and more. We are also creating a new game here, with a growing development team working on a brand-new IP.

Basic Roles and Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with vendors and agencies related to productions and logistics
• Work on the execution of all product details throughout the life cycle
• Preparing briefs and sharing key critical assets with partners
• Budget Management for individual projects including logistics
• Taking care of all documentation related to the production
• Tracking sampling and production process (updating Critical Path, Share Point, Confluence, Wrike pages).
• Lead Marketing and Social Media plans for promotion on Merchandise and Licensing business
• Following up on the payment process with finance team
• Assist in the preparation or preparing independently scheduled reports
• Ideation on Merchandise and Licensee products as well as sales analysis
• Arranging logistics between vendors, regional offices, agencies and AMS warehouse
• Overseeing shipment (logistic execution, checking with the couriers and making sure the customs are paid)
• Administration (Archiving Invoices, Contracts, MNDAs, preparing all documents for the new orders, helping regional offices with orders, invoices, contracts, constant contact with the legal team regarding new vendors and contracts for other offices.)
• Creating internal and external presentation for future business opportunities
• Support other Content Team members on other projects when possible

What we’re looking for:

• Ability to work independently
• Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Wrike, SharePoint, Confluence
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Able to learn on the job and problem solve new challenges
