As the project leader of Riot‘s across-Riot experience (XP) efforts in the China region, you’ll be responsible for developing the long term experience strategy and delivering products, campaigns and digital/real-life activations that drive engagement and growth for Riot Game, Esports and Entertainment.
Reporting to the China Esports Publishing and XP Lead, you will work closely with games team, Esports team, Entertainment team across titles and genre.
Responsibilities
- Be the project manager on Riot‘s across-Riot experience (XP) projects in Riot China and work closely with global and local teams to deliver impacts
- Localize global brand campaigns, contents and experience to ensure the impact in China
- develop local experience/partnership that resonate with players, fans and other important audiences to add to the global impact
- Be responsible to conduct local researches and analysis to provide insights and proposals for global XP strategy and tactics
- Be the ambassador of Riot integrated experience, ensuring a high-quality bar for long-term and holistic experiences
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing/operations area
- Professional experience in game, esports, or entertainment
- With profound knowledge and skills of project management, experienced in managing projects with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Strength in logical thinking and problem solving
