Job Description
Part of Ubisoft Production HQ, the Online Services team develops and operates Ubisoft's online services and tools which are leveraged by all of its games to enable rich and innovative live player experiences. The team's scope spans a wide range of activities: from Ubisoft Connect to live management, from standard services to multiplayer technology. Online Services is home to hundreds of developers located around the world, anchored in twelve Ubisoft production studios.
Your role
In this role, your main responsibility is to design, implement and follow the governance model for Online Services leadership team to maximize team efficiency & agility. You are responsible to:
- Make sure objectives & priorities are clear and always up to date;
- Proactively provide regular updates on core projects and key initiatives to allow for arbitration on risks and dependencies;
- Organize the rituals, processes, and tools to support alignment and decision-making.
Your missions
- Put in place the steering committees needed for strategic & operational review – animate them, organize meeting notes and the follow up of actions & decisions taken;
- Prepare those instances: agenda, roles & responsibilities, any relevant information (performance metrics, status update, risks and dependencies…);
- Attend meetings to ensure relevant information is documented and shared with the leadership team and beyond to allow for an efficient follow up on actions & decisions taken;
- Collaborate with the other reporting & piloting instances to implement the most appropriate methods to track performance metrics and provide regular updates core projects and key initiatives;
- Monitor the governance model efficiency & adjust formats, recurrence, R&R… accordingly.
Qualifications
- You have acquired a strong experience in similar functions and project management in different international environments;
- You have experience in aligning and prioritizing strategies, leading meetings and planning new opportunities;
- Your previous experience should display an ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with members from different disciplines and seniority level;
- Your strong inter-personal skills, critical thinking, and initiative differentiate you;
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
