Role: Project Manager

What the Job Involves
- Building and managing fool-proof project management systems to track resources, budget, and deliverables from project start to finish.
- Maintaining project vision and raise production red-flags as and when they arrive.
- Working directly with the Head of Production and Leads to ensure smooth production, identify risks, and develop solutions.
- Communicating directly with multi-discipline teams including Art, Design, Engineering, QA to understand dependencies and realistic delivery schedules.
- Coordinating, delegating, allocating, and tracking tasks.
- Sharing project updates with all stakeholders, including raising project risks, presenting solutions, and adapting plans to adjust to new requirements .
- Measuring, analyzing, and reporting on project status.
Requirements
About You:
- You love games. The games industry is where you need to be.
- You can demonstrate experience in project managing for video games (PC, Mobile, Console) or the software development sector.
- You thrive being the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline. Managing and coordinating project plans is what you do.
- You are highly capable and passionate about seeing things through to completion, you are extremely organized, and an expert at time management.
- A problem for you means a solution – your critical thinking, empathy, and bigger picture view help you understand and present feasible solutions to keep your project on track.
- Project management means controlling the schedule, the budget, and the resources; you know this inherently, and understand the fine balance between the three.
- As an experienced PM, you hold yourself accountable for the outcome of the projects you lead.
- You are passionate about building a strong, diverse, and multicultural team.
- Your written and verbal communication skills are exceptional. You listen to learn and speak to be understood.
- Bring your solid understanding of the nuanced process and workflows of creative and technical productions .
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall Project Management techniques.
