Your Mission
As the Website Project Manager for Digital Marketing, you will be an integral member of the team responsible for delivering a comprehensive website ecosystem to our consumers. You will be primarily responsible for managing the projects for our website (CallofDuty.com), owning the editorial calendar, managing creative resources, driving internal buyoff, and concepting innovative ideas to bring to our consumers on the web.
In addition to the daily project management of the websites you will work with the rest of the digital marketing team on building marketing campaigns to help support our social media and video campaigns.
The ideal candidate will exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end process for website production including user experience, concepting, design, development, localization, qa, testing and production. Additionally, a strong passion for creative as well as being highly organized and task oriented are a plus. You must possess a unique blend of project management, creative vision, and business savvy; a passion for exceptional execution within a dynamic environment and the flexibility and focus to achieve results.
Please note: This is a contingent worker position and will be staffed through Volt, a staffing and workforce management company.
What you'll do
- Own and drive editorial calendar for the Call of Duty website
- Create workback schedules for all stakeholders in a given project
- Drive collaboration between in-game communications, CRM, Consumer Marketing, Product, Editorial and Digital Marketing teams
- Ensure delivery, review and approval of copy, assets and creative execution
- Work closely with developers on development and QA
- Prioritization of project requirements and team resources
- Tracking development progress and reporting status
- Identifying potential risks and developing risk mitigation plans
- Manage multiple projects and creative teams simultaneously
- Work back with teams internationally to help localize work
- Assist Analytics and Testing teams with requests to improve site performance
- Manage SEO agency on all tagging, search indexing, and reporting
What you’ve done
- Successfully managed large scale website projects
- Experience in multiple project management methodologies including traditional waterfall, agile and SCRUM
- Experience managing with a wide range of stakeholders, including technical teams
- Ensuring proper escalation and resolution of project issues
- Experience with managing digital creative campaigns including websites, banner ads, and social media content
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
- 5-7 years of project management experience
- Impeccable communication skills
- Opal, Jira and Slack experience a plus
- Passion for gaming
