Project Manager, Creative Services

The Project Manager, Creative Services needs strong organizational and multitasking skills. You must have an ability to liaise with performance marketing clients and artists to ensure timely delivery of creative projects, working with both internal teams and external partners. You are responsible for helping to manage a growing creative production schedule across creative disciplines (video, 2D art, 3D art, animation). This role is crucial for maintaining responsiveness and support for our high-demand marketing funnel.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning and managing task estimation for the creative team; identifying critical path impediments
• Creating art production tickets and following up with artists
• Manage timelines and dynamic production schedules
• Review creative exports to ensure high quality and brand adherence
• Deliver assets and finished marketing creatives between internal teams and external partners
• Ensure each ad meets specs and established naming convention
• Coordinate timely feedback, approvals, and deadlines
• Collaborate with Creative Managers, Coordinators, Product Marketers, and the Marketing Art Team

Your background and who you are:

• 5+ years of project management and coordination experience
• Bachelor's degree in art or business preferred
• Comfortable working with a fast-paced, marketing art development pipeline
• Diligent with strong attention to detail
• Ability to precisely follow directions as well as lead new initiatives
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of production methodologies
• Experience with JIRA, or other project management platforms, and digital asset management
• Ability to juggle multiple projects / multi-task
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
• A problem solver willing to take initiative
• Passionate about mobile games and technology
• Willing to go above and beyond to ensure deliverables are met
