Project Manager - Compliance (W/M/NB)

Job Description

Based in Saint Mandé and working with studios and teams all over the world, the Online Services team is an online solutions provider that brings new concepts, services, and tools to life for all Ubisoft productions. Our diverse and technical expertise enables us to conceptualize, build, support, and operate products and services for Ubisoft’s worldwide Production and Business teams. We provide expertise in Product Management, UI/UX Design, Development, Infrastructure, Integration and Support to help overcome challenges and deliver with passion and commitment to help teams accomplish their goals online.

Your role

As the new Compliance & Policy Manager, you act as the key partner to Ubisoft corporate stakeholders (legal, public affairs…) to make sure all societal & regulatory evolutions are anticipated to guarantee compliance of all the services Online Services teams develop.

Your missions

• Closely collaborate with our corporate stakeholders (legal, public affairs…) to :
• anticipate the societal and regulatory evolutions that may impact how we develop and operate online experiences;
• expose them to our tech and business constraints and inform negotiations with authority, regulatory or public bodies…
• Align and prioritize the privacy & compliance needs to formalize and communicate clear requirements to Online Services development teams;
• Work with the Online Services development teams to identify the policies that need to be developed, communicated, and enforced within Ubisoft to achieve Ubisoft Online ambitions. (e.g. player safety, account security...) ;
• Accompany audit of our services if need be.

Qualifications

• Background in Legal or related field ;
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects ;
• Ability to work well with stakeholders and communicate the benefits of compliance, internal control, and process improvement ;
• Demonstrated organizational skills and excellent communication and presentation skills ;
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ubisoft Production HQ is the headquarter of our network of production studios and plays an essential role in the conception of our games. Closely working with the top management and our studios worldwide, our role is to support the various project teams on different topics (production processes, design, content, game direction, financial planning, human resources) in order to enable them to develop high-quality games while maintaining an editorial and strategic coherence.
