The Role
We are looking for Sr. Business Operations Manager to keep business operations organized, on track and moving forward. Reporting to the Chief of Staff/Director of Business Operations, you will be the bridge between Business Operations and the rest of the organization, embodying the company culture & values, and helping drive organizational priorities.

What You Will Do
- Serve as a connector across multiple functions and business teams, helping to translate high-level strategy into clear, executable goals to solve problems, remove roadblocks, and mitigate risk across the enterprise
- Collaborate strategically with Business Operations Managers and Internal Comms to ensure business operations topics are communicated in a timely manner to various audiences
- Foster a self-service culture – where everyone has what they need, when they need it & they know how to use it.
- Drive high-impact cross-team projects independently to meet the changing business environment and ensure the team is achieving commitments.
- Regularly connect with a broad set of stakeholders and internal customers that have high visibility across the organization to understand pain-points and to drive a continuous improvement culture
- Partner with other PMs across the org to improve project management culture, share learnings, elevate PM skills, and align cross-functional projects.
- Utilize your knowledge in process design, change management, and continuous improvement to support the rapid growth of our organization
- Work on assignments that are complex in nature and require considerable judgment, initiative, and specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions.
- Manage highly sensitive and confidential information and exercise discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years’ experience leading complex projects
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office products: MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; knowledge of SharePoint, Visio, a plus
- Lean, PMP, Change Management (e.g., Prosci), Six Sigma, and/or Agile certifications.
