Job Description

Responsibilities

- Lead different programs of UBITV, define yearly roadmap & strategy

- Create rundown from scratch

- Be responsible of the project management, budget control, internal coordination for resources

- Branding & marketing of UBITV

- Keep up with the market, identify topics of opportunity.

- 制定育碧TV的整体内容策略,根据公司需求确定节目计划表

- 负责内容选题与策划,包括文案,分镜

- 紧跟时事挖掘热点,结合公司产品的市场推广计划制定相应的节目

- 项目执行沟通,预算控制,人员调配

- 建立育碧TV品牌,制定市场推广计划

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years experience in content creation.

- Familiar with bilibili, tik tok, kuaishou and livestreaming platforms. Being an uploader him/herself is a plus

- Creative, love game

- Basic video editing skills

- TV channel background is a plus

- Oral English is a plus
