In order to expand our team in the United States, we are now looking for a talented
Customer Success Associate - Intern (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for the success of your assigned accounts, ensuring excellent customer experiences and satisfaction in every respect
- Consult and win the trust of our customers with your inspirational character, professional demeanor, and innovative mindset
- Ensure that our customers derive the full value from our services and see realworld one as their trusted strategic partner
- Establish trustful and long-term relationships with leadership teams to boost business and customer satisfaction in collaboration with the Account Management team
- Partner closely with the Customer Success Director, as well as the Project and Account Management team to successfully carry out your projects and increase customer retention
- Contribute to realworld one’s overall business strategy by sharing your input and ideas
Your profile:
- Experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, analytical or processing industry or a good technical understanding; engineering knowledge
- Reliable and motivated personality as well as the desire to achieve the best possible results
- Experience in project managementis a big plus
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills as well as utmost attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and precisely to both internal and external stakeholders
- Interest in technology and science, as well as an interest to learn more about VR and AR solutions
- Complete fluency in English is required; German skills are a bonus
