The mobile gaming industry is competitive and certain roles require a great deal of technical expertise. Playtika is recruiting for a limited number of roles requiring unique skills and experience.

We’re looking for a leader who is passionate about growing top talent and building world class innovative games. Someone who always starts with the ideal end state first and works backward from it, challenging all current assumptions. You must be comfortable with being both strategic and hands-on, working in a dynamic environment and have no fear of failing, and getting back on your feet again fast.

Responsibilities

• Hire, grow and manage a team of top-notch project managers
• Drive the strategy for your domain; create a deliberate plan that will include all of the studio’s roadmap and LiveOps activities
• Establish a shared vision for your team’s activities across the studio while working with talented cross-functional team members across engineering, design, marketing, economy, analytics, monetization, etc.
• Guide, motivate and mentor a team of some of the smartest, most committed and fun people you’ve ever worked with to evolve both their professional and personal backbone.
• Serve as an expert in your domain and represent the project team’s perspective on business and roadmap related matters to the studio management
• Understand the market and our competition, and champion our studio members to craft project plans that will lead to long term success

Requirements

• A person who can take ownership and who has entrepreneurial qualities; you are self-driven and feel comfortable making decisions.
• A great human being - into teamwork and candid feedback.
• At least 4 years of experience as a project/operation manager.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience.
• Extend knowledge and experience with Monday system.
• Proven track record leading and coaching project and/or product managers, including following best practices and methodologies.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer (B2C) products - gaming preferred.
• Great communicator that can explain the rationale of any decision, strategic or tactical. You can motivate, lead and champion people, teams, and products without “formal” authority.
• Analytical and experienced in working with quantitative data to drive decisions.
• Passion for project plans, Gantts and risk management.
• Fast learner and adaptive; feel at home in a fast-paced, VUCA environment.
