Job Description
As Project Management Officer, you will be an agent of change. As part of a team of 2 people, you will be reporting to the Sr Director, Sales Planning & Operations, and will lead transversal and inter-Sales projects to adapt our processes for the new global organization. More specifically, these will be your responsibilities :
Definition and management of project portfolio :
- Lead definition of business needs for Sales stakeholders
- Structure project portfolio
- Chair the Sales governance group that decides on priorities
- Build processes and frictionless cross functional workflows with other key teams outside the Global Publishing organization: Direct to Player, HD mobile, IT, Online Services, etc
- Interface with the other key Global Publishing PMO / Coordination teams (EP Operations team, Marketing, Operations, Chief of Staff etc) to agree PM governance, coordinate, and provide relevant information for all key stakeholders and evolve workflows and processes as required to reflect business priorities
Project lifecycle :
- Lead transversal and inter-Sales projects to adapt our processes for the new global organization.
- Facilitate communications among project stakeholders and resolution of risks/issues
- Create and chair steering committees, operational and strategic
- Drive project results, manage issues, risks, and blocking points
- Standardize and continually improve project-management processes in collaboration with other Global Publishing PMOs
Project monitoring :
- Proactively monitor project progress, and performance
- Produce and distribute status reports to relevant parties throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure quality for project deliverables, and for initiatives overall
Qualifications
- Project management experience at intermediate level, especially with change-management initiatives, including demonstrable fluency with PM fundamental concepts
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset, comfortable in a diverse, multi-cultural environment
- Strong communication skills, with experience summarizing complex information
- Detail- and process-oriented with very strong organizational skills
- Professional fluency in English
- Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA/Teams/SharePoint
- Gaming industry experience a plus
