Project Management Intern

Rooster Teeth Productions is looking for a Project Management intern! We are providing an opportunity to assist with multiple facets of the company to keep our projects on time and organized. The potential projects include: RTX, content programming, Marketing content, etc. The internship will also give the opportunity to learn time/calendar management skills, effective company-wide note-taking, interdepartmental communication, as well as a myriad of other efficient skills.
The internship will report into our award-winning Business Operations Project Manager who will then introduce them to stakeholders across the company that they would communicate with. The ultimate goal is to teach someone a new set of efficient skills to help them grow in both their personal and professional lives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining internal programming and marketing calendars
- Learn project management best practices in the Entertainment industry
- Attend cross-departmental meetings as needed
- Communicate with stakeholders across the company
- Learn how to use AirTable
Qualifications
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Google Suite savvy
- Team player who is flexible and willing to pivot as needed
- A great communicator, even to the point of overcommunication
- Not afraid to ask questions!
