We are seeking an accomplished, enthusiastic and self-motivated Project Director to join our senior management team at Electric Square. The Project Director will own, drive, and manage whole projects including the main stakeholders. Our stakeholders range from our clients, the senior Electric Square directorship, the development team, and any partners that we have helping us to deliver the project. These projects are AAA games on both console and mobile platforms.

A Project Director at Electric Square:

• Manages our client relationship, ensuring open and honest collaboration
• Takes full responsibility of the project delivery and budget
• Delivers the creative vision and milestone commitments
• Builds, delegates, empowers, serves, and drives the team to deliver agreed mandates of work
• Provides line management for all project staff
• Ensures schedules and deliverables meet defined objectives and standards
• Recognises problems before they occur and drive solutions
• Assists with presentation and pitch documentation as the project/company requires

Requirements
