Job Description
As a Project Coordinator, you will report to the local Associate Producer and implement the best processes, methods and tools to deliver a quality mandate in time and using the resources that were allocated. Together with the team, you secure the advancement of the work and attainment of production objectives.
What you will do:
Manage the deliverables and risks of your feature teams
Assist the Associate Producer to provide the following:
- Feature planning and delivery
- Communication
- Capacity planning
In charge of the following processes and their constant improvement:
- Agile Routines
- Backlog grooming, updates, changes
- Bug management (reports, priorities)
- Velocity Tracking
- Stand-ups
- Sprint planning
- Retrospective
Team Management:
- Ensure optimal team health – Good work atmosphere in your area
- Conveying and supporting the production priorities to the team
- Problem and conflict resolution, even under difficult situations
- Demonstrate leadership, charisma, enthusiasm and commitment
Qualifications
What you bring:
- Experience in project management or equivalent
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Experience in the video game industry is an asset
- Some leadership
- Be results-oriented
- Ability to analyze and synthesize
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany
